What is the age range for the Bubble Shows?
Everyone from 3 to 103 loves bubbles and is perfect for your gathering for all ages.
What is the age range for the Birthday/Children’s shows?
Are the shows indoor or outdoor?
Either/or! We can plan an entertaining and fun show to fit your venue.
Are you only available in San Francisco / Bay Area?
No, our entertainers will travel up to 200 miles (3 hours travel time).
Do you complete background checks on your entertainers?
Yes, all of our staff must pass a complete criminal and background check before ever stepping foot at your location.
How customizable are your shows/parties?
Completely! We have well over a dozen themes available and the ability to add as many characters as you want. Just tell us what you want and we’ll make it happen.
What supplies do we have to provide?
None! All you need is the place and time, we provide the rest. For the Bubble Shows we do require access to an electrical outlet but we provide all the equipment, lighting, music, game content, prizes and anything else our show needs for your event.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. Upon booking you are required to make a non-refundable deposit of 50%.
What is your cancelation policy?
24 hour notice is required and while the deposit is non-refundable, it can be applied toward a rescheduled or alternate event within 30 days.
What happens if the event is rained out?
If the event is outside, it is recommended to have a back-up location in case of rain, extreme heat or any hazardous weather.
What happens if more children show up than originally planned?
There is a $80 fee for up to 10 additional children.
How long in advance do I have to schedule and make the deposit?
At least 7 days in advance. For emergency entertainment please call for availability and prices.
How often do you add new themes or characters/costumes?
We base this strictly off requests so if there’s something you want that we don’t currently have, let us know and we may be able to get it added in time for your party.
Do you offer any other party services?
Yes! If you can think of it, chances are Party dot Fun can provide it. Give us a call or send an email with your plans and we’ll customize a party package that’s perfect for you.
